The Canadian International Learning Foundation (CanILF) is the umbrella organization of the Uganda Literacy and Education Program. CanILF is a registered Canadian charity, Registration # 80785 5218 RR0001. The Canadian International Learning Foundation needs your help to raise the $11,000 required to fund Zibula Attude.
Every donation helps. You don’t have to make a big donation to make a big difference. Here are a few examples of what operational donations to the Uganda Literacy and Education Program can accomplish:
$10 – One month of business and trades training for a student in the Rakai district of Uganda
$40 – One term (four months) of business and trades training for a student in the Rakai district of Uganda
$110 – Cooking equipment for five students learning about home economics
$250 – Agricultural tools and supplies for 10 students studying agriculture and environmental sustainability
$850 – Musical instruments for use in dramatic performances to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, gender equality and other important issues
$2750 – Three agricultural demonstration sites to provide instuction on how to effectively grow bananas, maize and mushrooms
